Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

1. Data Controller

According with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we inform you that the Controller of your personal data is InTeco Business Solutions Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wronki (64-510 Wronki) at ul. Mickiewicza 52, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000325012, with the tax identification number NIP: 778-146-12-47, hereinafter referred to as the Controller or INTECO.

2. Contact to Controller

The Controller has not appointed the Data Protection Officer. In any matters related to the protection of your personal data processed by INTECO, you can contact us by sending correspondence to the address of INTECO’s registered office indicated above or via e-mail to the following address: gdpr@inteco.pl.

3. Categories of personal data

Controller processes the following personal data:

  1. Contractors data – identification data and contact details, signiture,
  2. Applicants data to work in INTECO – identification data and contact details, data on education and professional qualifications and business career.

4. Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data

Your personal data will be processed in order to:

a) concluding and implementing contracts, when the Controller will process personal data of representatives of the parties indicated in the contract and representatives involved in the implementation of the contract, including employees or associates of the other party – the legal basis for processing is Article 6 par. 1, point f) GDPR,

b) fulfillment by the Controller of the obligations imposed on him by applicable legal provisions, in particular tax regulations – the legal basis for their processing is Article par. 1, point c) GDPR,

c) conducting employee recruitment, when the Controller will process personal data of candidates for work at INTECO – the legal basis for processing is Article 6. par. 1, point f) GDPR,

d) in order to establish or pursue claims by the Controller, in particular to pursue rights as part of the debt collection process, or to defend against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator – Article 6 par. 1, point f) GDPR.

5. Personal data retention period

5.1. In terms of Contractors personal data will be stored for the period of:

a) the duration of the contract, and after its completion, in connection with the legal obligation resulting from generally applicable laws,

b) necessary for the party to pursue claims in connection with the contract or defend against claims against the party, on the basis of generally applicable law.

5.2. In terms of Applicants personal data will be stored for the period of:

a) in the case of taking part in the recruitment process for a specific position, personal data will be processed for a period of 3 months from the date of completion of the recruitment process,

b) if Applicant consents to participate in future recruitment processes, personal data will be processed for a period of 12 months,

c) in order for the Controller to pursue claims or defend against claims, personal data will be processed until the claims expire.

6. Source of origin of personal data

Your personal data processed by the Controller were obtained during business contacts, including the conclusion and implementation of contracts, and during recruitment processes.

7. Recipients of personal data

The recipients of personal data of Contractors (representatives of the parties to the contract) are employees and associates of the Controller, entities providing ICT services, accounting offices, entities providing consulting services (such as e.g. law firms) and entities providing logistics, maintenance and agency services as well as companies from the Amica Group, and also bodies or institutions authorized to process them under the law.

8. Transfer of personal data to a third country

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

9. Automated decision making (profiling)

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner – they will not be subject to profiling.

10. Subject Access Rights

Regarding to processing by INTECO your personal data you are entitled to:

a) the right to access your personal data,

b) the right to rectify your personal data,

c) the right to limit the processing of your personal data,

d) the right to delete your personal data (the right to be forgotten),

e) the right to withdraw consent if INTECO will process your personal data based on consent, at any time and in any way, without affecting the lawfulness of processing,

f) the right to lodge a complaint to the Authority responsible for personal data protection, if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.


COOKIES POLICY

The Cookies Policy defines the rules for data saving and accessing on the user’s devices while using the webservice for the purposes of providing electronic services by the webservice Controller.

1. Who is Data Controller?

2. What are cookies files?

Cookies are IT data (small text files) saved and stored by the web browser on your device.

Cookies can perform many different functions, such as being able to remember your preferences, improving your website experience and helping us offer you the best products.

3. Types of used cookies files

The Controller uses two types of cookies:

a) session cookies – these are temporary files that are stored on the device until the website is closed,

b) permanent cookies – these are files that remain on the device after closing the web browser for a specified period or until they are deleted by the user.

These used cookies used are safe for the user’s device. Through these files, it is not possible to get viruses, other unwanted software or malware to users’ devices.

4. Purpose of using cookies

4.1. Own cookies files

Own cookies files (placed by the Controller) are used in order to:

a) ensure the correct display of the website,

b) authenticate and maintain of the website user’s session,

c) optimize and improve the reliability of the website,

d) remember the settings selected by the user and personalize the user interface in terms of the selected language, font size, language,

e) accept the GDPR settings,

f) ensure the security of the website, e.g. detecting abuses in the authentication process within the website.

4.2. External cookies files

External cookies files may be placed by the Controller’s partners:

a) in order to collect general, anonymous statistical data via available analytical tools (e.g. files used by Google Analytics – privacy policy https://policies.google.com/),

b) for advertising purposes and are used to match the content of advertisements to interests determined on the basis of the most frequently searched content, as well as to control the number of displayed advertisements, in order to present multimedia information published on external websites (e.g. youtube.com – privacy policy https:// policies.google.com/).

5. Removing/deleting cookies files

The default settings of your web browser allow to place cookies on the end device. Nevertheless as a user you can limit or disable the access of cookies on your device using the settings of your web browser.

Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the website.

You can change the default settings yourself using the web browser settings. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about them each time cookies are placed on the user’s device.

If you do not change your browser settings it means you accept the placement of cookies on your device.

6. Profiling and tracking

The Controller does not profile the data of webservice’s users on its webservice (inteco.pl) and does not use this information to create the so-called personalized advertising.
